For personal trainers and dietitians

Thirty clients. Every one seen.

Sending the program isn't the end of the job. It's where it starts. Kerte shows you the client who's gone quiet before you have to ask; AI drafts the plan, code checks the numbers, you make the call.

  • No draft reaches a client without your approval
  • Client names never go to the AI
  • On your phone and on the web
  • Priority list
  • AI program drafts
  • AI meal plans
  • Macros from a photo
  • Posture analysis
  • Sessions
  • Daily check-in
  • Measurements and trends
  • Messages and group chats
  • Badges
  • Exercise library
  • Web panel

Sound familiar?

You send the program.
Then silence.

The PDF you spent three days on freezes the moment you send it. To find who hasn't written in three days, you open thirty chats one by one. You often notice who's really struggling far too late.

In order of impact

Five things that give a coach the day back.

01

See who's gone quiet before you ask.

Your "who needs attention this week" list is ready every morning. Missed check-ins, weight moving against the goal, a program not yet accepted, a skipped session: they rise to the top. The reason is written in code; no model scores your clients.

  • A noise threshold for scale weight, so false alarms don't bury the list
  • The reason is spelled out on every card
02

AI drafts it. You make the call.

Training and nutrition drafts arrive in minutes. Portions are fitted to the target and weekly sets to a safe range in code. The client doesn't see a draft until you approve it; you're the one who publishes.

  • Food database with portions and household measures
  • Meal swaps: fish or lean beef instead of chicken
  • Macros from a meal photo, item by item, after the client's consent
  • Save as a template and start the next client in one tap
03

All your sessions in one calendar.

Set up one-off or weekly recurring sessions. Clients get reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before; you get a "what happened since last time" brief 30 minutes before. When it's over, mark it done or no-show in one tap.

  • Package counter: remaining sessions go down automatically
  • 24-hour late cancellation rule, clearly shown to the client
  • Private coach notes and notes shared with the client, kept apart
  • Subscribe from your phone's calendar
04

See your client's day.

In the app, your client sees today's session, meals and check-in on one screen. Sets, meals, water and sleep take seconds to log; even without signal at the gym, nothing gets lost.

  • Offline logging, sent automatically when the connection is back
  • Apple Watch: follow the session, sets and rest from the wrist
05

Know exactly where they stand.

Weight, body measurements, check-in adherence and posture angle build up notch by notch. When the scale stalls, the waist measurement is right there to help you keep the program on track.

  • Posture is measured on the phone; the photo never goes to any AI
  • Adaptive daily energy needs calculated from real logs

And more

Everything in one place.
Not scattered across texts, spreadsheets and PDFs.

Messages, quick replies, group chats

Monday weekly AI summary

Every client's last week in three bullet points. Know who needs you in 10 seconds; the summary is written for you, not sent to the client.

Badges and celebrations

First week, a 7-day streak, 10 sessions. The rules are fixed in code; you celebrate when your client has earned it.

The backbone of our brand

A coach can't be there every second.
Their decisions can.

The app doesn't replace the coach; it carries the coach's decisions. The published program, thresholds, reminders and the priority list are coaching decisions that keep working while the coach sleeps.

  1. AI prepares a draftTraining and nutrition drafts, in minutes
  2. Code sets the limitsPortions fit the target, sets fit a safe range; if a correction would make it worse, it isn't applied
  3. You approveNo unapproved draft reaches a client
  4. Your client follows it, you see itEvery day, a step ahead

Why Kerte?

One notch forward, every day.

Kerte (say KER-teh) is Turkish for a notch on a scale. Progress rarely comes in leaps; it comes one notch at a time, and it comes faster with someone beside you. That's why our logo is a ruler, and why every day in the app is a notch.

About

Built by a coach, for coaches.

Kerte was founded in 2026 by Tarık Hamza Uçar, a physiotherapy graduate with six years of training experience who writes nutrition and training programs for clients. Intake forms, measurements, calculators, programs and WhatsApp follow-ups all lived in different places, and there was no way to see who had gone quiet. Kerte puts that work in one place, with the coach making every decision.

Trust

Health data, protected like health data.

Identity never reaches the model

Name, phone, email and date of birth are never sent to the AI. If a leak is detected, the request stops on its own.

Hosted in the EU

The app server and database run in Frankfurt, under EU data protection rules.

Consent withdrawn, data deleted

When device data consent is withdrawn, the data isn't flagged; it's deleted.

Your data is yours

Export all your data in a single file; clients can export theirs too. No ads, no tracking.

For your clients

Never on the road alone.

Clients open Kerte with their coach's invitation. Their program, meals, sessions and the notes their coach shares are right there.

  • Today's tasks on one screen
  • Sessions: confirm, cancel, see attendance
  • Nothing lost without signal
  • Badges that reward the effort

Coming soon to the App Store and Google Play.

Frequently asked

Questions you might have.

Didn't find your answer? Write to us: info@kerteapp.com

Texting already works. Why Kerte?

It works for messaging. The problem isn't messaging: across thirty chats, your texts won't tell you who's gone quiet for three days, so you check one by one. Kerte doesn't replace the conversation; it does that scan for you.

I don't trust AI.

Good instinct. That's why no number in a draft is used as is: portions are fitted to the target in code, weekly sets are pulled into range in code, and if a correction would make things worse, the code doesn't touch it. Your client's name, phone and date of birth never go to the model. You make the call.

Does my client need to download the app?

Yes; tracking happens on the client's phone. You send an invite code and they sign in with it. It's free for your clients.

Can I work from my computer?

Yes. Sign in at panel.kerteapp.com with the same account. Your session ends when you close the browser tab.

Pounds or kilograms?

Either. Kerte follows your device's region (lb, ft/in, fl oz in the US) and you can switch any time in Settings.

Where is my data and who sees it?

The app server and database are in the EU, in Frankfurt. You control your clients' data and we process it for you; details are in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

How much does it cost?

Kerte is free during our launch period. Paid coach plans will come later, and early coaches hear about them first. Write to us for early access.

Every day, a step ahead.

A notch doesn't boast, it records. The road is taken not in leaps but notch by notch; and it's taken when someone walks it with you.
