Your health data (measurements, health history, photos) is special category
personal data. It is processed for the purpose of preparing a program for you
and tracking your progress; it is not used for any other purpose. Program
drafts and weekly summaries are prepared with the support of artificial
intelligence: for this, with your name, contact details and photos removed,
your age, sex, measurements, health information and weekly tracking figures
(including sleep duration from your device's health app) are transferred to
an artificial intelligence service provider abroad — to the DeepSeek model via
OpenRouter, Inc. (USA), only on infrastructure that operates in the USA and
the EU and does not retain data — and processed there. Other than this, it is
not shared with third parties. Programs prepared by artificial intelligence do
not reach you without the approval of your coach or expert. You may withdraw
your consent at any time, and you may permanently delete your account and all
your data from within the app.

I consent to my meal photos being transferred to an artificial intelligence
service provider located abroad — Google LLC's Gemini model via OpenRouter,
Inc. (USA) — and processed there, for the purpose of estimating the foods and
portions on the plate. My name, my contact details or the photo's location
information are not sent with the photo. The estimate is shown to my coach and
me as a suggestion; it becomes final with my or my coach's approval. If I do
not give this consent, the rest of the coaching service continues unchanged;
my coach still looks at my meal photos, only no automatic estimate is made. I
can withdraw this consent at any time; once I withdraw it, my photos are no
longer sent.

Shown to a client who has no coach. Same version as the text above (the
record's text_version stays v3/v4); only the two sentences about the coach
change. Which text was accepted is stored in the consent record as

Your posture photos are processed on your phone and are not sent to any

your identity, to an artificial intelligence service for comment.

I permit my personal data to be processed by the platform and shared with the
coach I choose; and my health data, with my name and surname, contact details
and photo removed, to be transferred for program drafts to an artificial

Inc. (USA), only on infrastructure that operates in the USA and the EU and
does not retain data.
